James and Jen

It's already February?! We can't believe how fast time goes by. We had a nice month of January & February, and now are ready for March - which is James's birthday month! In this Gilson family, we celebrate for an entire week (which I'm sure a lot of families like to do). A few of James's birthday wishes are: more ways to learn foreign languages, more books on history, more movies, and to travel the world more. Wow! What steep wishes! This guy knows what he wants.

Valentine's day weekend is also the time we celebrate when we got engaged (Feb 12)! We celebrated two nights in a row.  For our "engagement" anniversary, we went to the restaurant where we had dinner the night we were engaged (Five Alls). Then, on Valentine's night, we made crepes! They were so yummy, we each ate about 10.



Jen still continues her work at YESCO (Young Electric Sign Co) and just finished a huge month long project. She designed about 18 interior signs for the Las Vegas Airport. The signs are for 4 different areas of the airport, and were the most detailed and time consuming she's done, EVER. She is excited to someday fly to the LAS airport and see the signs she designed.

Life is good with the Gilsons. We are happy for the upcoming marriage of Wyatt. Marriage is such a blessing.

    Thanks Jen. Does YESCO let you sign your name at the bottom of the signs you design? We want to be able to recognize your signs in the Vegas airport! You will have to make James write next time, and give an update on his new job. I've heard he is now working with some real boneheads :)
